Nycole Rochford joined the ZC Settlement team as a Case Manager in July of 2023 with a background in back copywriting, marketing, and education.

She immediately became involved with the NSSTA Women’s Caucus and is currently a member of their leadership team. Nycole is an energetic, detail-oriented individual with a multifaceted background, adept at writing, editing, and content creation. She is passionate about the work we do in the realm of structured settlements and feels it is essential in building a more promising future for our clients.

As a case manager, her objective is to support the ZC Team and provide clients with the necessary resources to improve their quality of life.

Nycole received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in American Studies from Cal State Fullerton. She obtained her Master of Arts degree from Chapman University and taught at the college level for 20 years. She is a firm believer in continuous learning.
